1. Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 3 business days.

2. Refunds & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you can contact me within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or replacement.

3. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving a reason. To return an item, please contact me for instructions. The product must be returned in its original condition (not used), and return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
